Subscription Management
Viewing Your Subscription
Access subscription details from your dashboard:
- Go to Business Dashboard
- Click Settings tab
- Select Subscription section
You'll see:
- Current plan (Free or Pro)
- Subscription status (Active, Expired, Expiring Soon)
- Renewal date
- Payment method
- Transaction history

Renewing Your Subscription
Automatic Renewal (Credit Card)
If you pay with credit card, your subscription renews automatically each month.
Manual Renewal (Crypto)
If you pay with crypto, you'll need to manually renew:
- You'll receive reminder emails 7 days before expiration
- Dashboard shows "Expiring Soon" warning
- Click "Renew Subscription"
- Choose payment method
- Complete payment
Grace Period: You have 3 days after expiration to renew without losing data.
Upgrading Plans
From Free to Pro
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Upgrade to Pro"
- Choose payment method
- Complete payment
- Instant access to all Pro features
What Happens:
- ✅ All existing data preserved
- ✅ Immediate feature unlock
- ✅ No downtime
- ✅ Pro-rated billing if mid-cycle
Downgrading Plans
From Pro to Free
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select Free Tier
- Confirm downgrade
What Happens:
- ⚠️ Access to Pro features removed at end of billing cycle
- ⚠️ Data preserved but limited by Free tier restrictions
- ⚠️ Tables beyond 5 become inactive
- ⚠️ Menu items beyond 20 hidden
- ⚠️ Staff access removed
Important: Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Canceling Subscription
To cancel your Pro subscription:
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Provide feedback (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens:
- ✅ Access continues until end of billing period
- ✅ No further charges
- ✅ Account automatically downgrades to Free tier
- ✅ All data preserved (within Free tier limits)
Reactivating: You can upgrade back to Pro anytime.
Subscription Status
Active
Your subscription is current and all features are available.
Expiring Soon
Your subscription expires in less than 7 days. Renew to maintain access.
Expired
Your subscription has expired. You have 3 days to renew before features are restricted.
Grace Period
You're in the 3-day grace period after expiration. Renew now to avoid restrictions.
Billing & Invoices
Viewing Invoices
Access your billing history:
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Billing History"
- View all past transactions
Each invoice shows:
- Date of payment
- Amount paid
- Payment method
- Transaction ID (for crypto payments)
- Download PDF option

For Crypto Payments:
- View transaction hash
- Check on blockchain explorer
- Permanent, transparent record
For Card Payments:
- Stripe receipt email
- Transaction ID
- Standard card statement
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch payment methods?
Yes! You can change from crypto to card or vice versa at renewal time.
What happens if my payment fails?
You'll receive an email notification. Update your payment method and try again. You have a 3-day grace period.
Do you offer annual plans?
Yes! Annual crypto payments receive ~2 months free (pay for 10, get 12).
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact support@payverge.io to discuss.
What if I need more than Pro tier features?

Is there a setup fee?
Only the one-time blockchain registration fee during initial signup.
Can I pause my subscription?
