Business Dashboard Overview
Your business dashboard is the command center for managing your Payverge operations. This guide will help you understand and navigate all the features available to you.
Accessing Your Dashboard
- Visit payverge.io
- Click "Business Dashboard"
- Connect your wallet to sign in
- You'll land on your dashboard home page

Dashboard Layout
Your dashboard is organized into several main sections accessible from the sidebar:
Main Navigation
- 📊 Dashboard - Overview and quick stats
- 🍽️ Menu - Menu builder and item management

- 📋 Bills - Bill creation and management
- 📦 Orders - Order approval and tracking

Dashboard Home
The dashboard home page gives you a quick overview of your business operations.
Live Metrics
At the top of your dashboard, you'll see real-time statistics:
Active Bills
- Number of currently open bills
- Click to view all active bills
- Updates in real-time as bills are created/closed
Total Tables
- Total number of tables in your system
- Shows active vs inactive tables
- Quick link to table management
Today's Sales
- Total revenue for the current day
- Resets at midnight
- Includes all payment methods
Kitchen Status
- Number of orders ready for pickup/delivery
- Helps track kitchen efficiency
- Links to kitchen display

Quick Actions
Context-aware shortcuts based on your role and business needs:
Common Quick Actions:
- Create Bill - Manually create a new bill
- Add Menu Item - Quickly add items to your menu
- View Active Orders - See pending orders
- Generate QR Code - Create new table QR codes
- Invite Staff - Add team members
These buttons adapt based on:
- Your subscription tier
- Current business status
- Most-used features

Subscription Status
Your subscription information is prominently displayed:
Active Subscription
Shows when your subscription is current:
- ✅ Green indicator
- Plan name (Free or Pro)
- Renewal date
- Days remaining
Expiring Soon
Warning when subscription expires in less than 7 days:
- ⚠️ Yellow indicator
- "Expiring Soon" badge
- Renewal button
- Days remaining countdown
Expired
Alert when subscription has expired:
- ❌ Red indicator
- "Expired" badge
- Renew now button
- Grace period information

Plugin Status
See which payment methods and integrations are active:
Active Plugins:
- ✅ USDC Payments (always available)
- ✅ Cross-chain Payments (if enabled)

Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar is your main navigation tool:
- Always Visible - Stays open on desktop
- Collapsible - Can be hidden for more space
- Mobile Friendly - Converts to hamburger menu on mobile
- Active Indicators - Current page highlighted

Track your location in the dashboard:
- Shows current section and page
- Click any breadcrumb to navigate back
